Terms & Conditions of #WinAtKandima Competition

• NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
• This Campaign is open only to those who are staying at Kandima, Maldives during the period of the competition. You may enter maximum 3 times for any competition entry
• Decisions of Kandima, Maldives will final and binding
• Prizes: The Winner of the Campaign will receive 2 Alcoholic cocktails or 2 Non Alcoholic Mocktail drinks from the Kandima Signature drink list.
• No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable.
• Kandima, Maldives to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• Winner will be selected within 1 day of the end of the contest @10AM, no reply within 6 working hours gives right for Kandima to select another winner.
• Winner will be notified on their Instagram account messenger within 1 day following selection of Winner.
• Kandima, Maldives shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam OR security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information
